POINT LOOKOUT, Mo. — The Missouri Angus Association will hold its fifth annual Ladies of Autumn Sale on Oct. 18 at the College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout.
The sale begins at 1 p.m. CDT and will feature Angus females, including open and bred heifers, cow-calf pairs, bred cows and donor females.
The event is moving to the College of the Ozarks after its first four years were hosted by Wall Street Cattle Company.
Consignments are open to Missouri Angus Association members. Annual membership costs $45. Entries are due Aug. 23, and all consignments must be genomically tested.
Sale rules and entry forms are available at MissouriAngus.org under “For Sale” and “State Sponsored Sales.”
The Hilton Branson Convention Center Hotel will serve as the host hotel. Rooms are available through the event block for $179 plus tax per night. Reservations must be made by Sept. 17.
The association is also preparing for the 70th Missouri Angus Futurity Sale, scheduled for Feb. 26 through 28, 2027, at the Trowbridge Livestock Center in Columbia. Futurity sale entries are due Dec. 14.
